Tutorial:
1)start riding
2)step off with the front foot
3)grab your board with the front hand on the torsion bar or in the middle
4)also step off wth the back foot
5) turn your arm 180 (with bard in your hand)
6)throw the board (-> should tur 180°)
7) jump on
8) LAND!
